WE BELIEVE IN FAIR PLAY - EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY AT BCFC #BELONG

The Club have been invited to work toward the Premier League Advanced Equality Award. This builds upon the Club being awarded the Kick It Out Intermediate Award which we received in August 2015. In turn the business will benefit from this work as we ensure that we are as accessible to all parts of the local community as possible, and with a view to increasing our revenue streams and diversifying our current supporter base. Subsequently, one of the key objectives of the HR department at Birmingham City Football Club, is to forge links with local people, community groups, service providers, schools, colleges, universities and JobCentre Plus, within Birmingham, to ultimately become an Employer of Choice for local people.
