Blues welcome Equal Approach as ‘Inclusion and Diversity’ patrons

The Club are delighted to welcome Equal Approach as ‘Inclusion and Diversity’ patrons of the Blues Network Business Club as the networking and marketing venture continues to go from strength-to-strength.

CEO of the Midlands-based organisation specialising in embedding inclusion and inclusive talent, Dawn Milman-Hurst, attended last month’s inaugural Blues Network Business Breakfast.

And, after being impressed with the number of businesses involved and the scope for the company to continue building their network in Birmingham, entered discussions of how patronage could compliment their exciting plans into 2018.

Equal Approach were also in attendance of last week’s patron-exclusive boat tour of the Birmingham canal system.

Equal Approach will be sponsors of one of our business breakfast events in 2018, as well as being invited to numerous other events including an upcoming match day dinner and Peaky Blinder tour of Digbeth.

BCFC Business Development Manager, Chris Brewerton, said of the announcement, “When we met with Equal Approach’s CEO, Dawn Milman-Hurst, and Marketing Manager, Ben Runcorn, it quickly became apparent that there was a very close connection between both of our businesses regarding shared views of diversity and inclusion throughout Birmingham.

“We are very confident that patronage of the Blues Network Business Club will form an important part of Equal Approach’s plans moving forward as they look to expand their network in the city.

“It’s fantastic news to have them on board and we very much look forward to hosting Equal Approach at various patron events in the coming months.”
