My role is to oversee the smooth running of the catering kiosks. I have been here for many years and thoroughly enjoy what i do. I have worked at BCFC in the retail catering outlets since 1995, I started as a kiosk assistant and have done every role within the department, from cleaning, restocking, supervisory. I then started working full time within the NHS, but I still supervised a kiosk on match days. When the catering was taken in-house I was offered the role of Retail Catering Manager as I had many years experience and loved what I did, so 21 years later here i am still having fun!How did you find out about your role at Birmingham City Football Club:
I worked on site with an external contractor delivering kiosk services, and when the Retail Catering services were brought in-house, my employment transferred to the Club.
