Flexible Working Hours
Our casual worker contracts offer a choice to those who want flexibility in the hours they work, such as students, parents, carers and those with other jobs. The contracts are ideal for those who wish to accommodate their other commitments.

For those that do not have alternative roles or other commitments, there are always permanent opportunities becoming available. The Club has a policy of ‘growing our own’ and many of the current permanent workforce were appointed directly from our Casual workforce.

Additionally, those who wish to work more hours can always request this and if possible (depending on their role) work during the week and not just matchdays.
